Religious Tolerance 2007 Iran Style

I have just recieved this E-mail from a friend, asking me to sign this petition, I couldn't do otherwise I agree with him 100%. If you feel like doing the same please do. The insanity of such actions as in the photo above the article is beyond my comprehension. When I look at such photos I am always thinking all this stupidity and pain because he disagrees with the unreal religious visions of the followers of an Ignorant desert paedophile, who like to wear ball gowns and silly party hat.You can sign the petition by clicking on the link at the bottom of the article.

The life that God gives, no man should extinguish. The blood-thirsty mullahs presently ruling Iran blatantly violate this sacred covenant by executing large numbers of people ranging from petty criminals to political opponents. The mullahs and their mercenaries are wasting precious human life to maintain themselves in power through terrorizing the population.

Mass public hangings, as well as secret executions in prisons, are routine in the tyrannical Islamic Republic of Iran. Recently Majid Kavousifar, 28, and his nephew, Hossein Kavousifar, 24, were hanged for the alleged murder of a hard-line judge, Hassan Moghaddas, a mullah-judge notorious for jailing and condemning to death political dissidents. The victims were hanged from cranes and hoisted high above one of Tehran’s busiest thoroughfares. This “judge” had repeatedly bragged publicly that he often issued a death verdict without even examining the charges against the individual. The Islamic Republic of Iran has the dubious distinction of executing more children, those under the age of 18, than any other country in the world. Such is the plight of the Iranian people.

Robert Tait of The Observer reported on August 19, 2007 from Tehran that “Iran Hangs 30 Over ‘US Plots.’” Accusing political dissidents as being agents of the U.S. and hanging them without even a semblance of due process is a heinous crime that every descent human being should do all he/she can to end.

“Injustice anywhere is threat to justice everywhere,” Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. warned us. Silence, complacency and indifference invariably play into the hands and schemes of tyrants. History is replete with cases of tyranny gathering momentum in the face of inaction by others, spreading far and wide and visiting great catastrophes on people.

We are also reminded by Albert Einstein, “The world is a dangerous place not because of those who do evil, but because of those who look on and do nothing.”

It is imperative that we do all we can, as individuals, organizations, and governments to stay the hands of the murdering mullahs in Iran, before their thirst for blood leads their campaign of oppression and death to the four corners of the globe.

We the petitioners demand:

* Immediate disbanding of capital punishment in the Islamic Republic of Iran and wherever else in the world this inhuman act is practiced.

* No summary judgments to be made about any accused without thorough and open trials with the fundamental assumption of innocence until proven otherwise.

* The authorities who issue death warrants of others must be held accountable for their actions.
Sincerely,

All noble and laudable goals, however, I would settle for the immediate and bloody overthrow of the regime in power by whatever internal and external means available. Then we can talk about asking the new government to abandon these barbaric practices. Anyone that thinks a petition to the mullahs in power will have any effect whatsoever is delusional.

You want to engage in a war against Iran, don't you?

England's bloody past has become England's bloody present. The English acquired the habit of killing millions of civilians long ago and the loss of your colonial empire has not served to change you bloodthirsty people in any way.

You can always count on England to start an aggressive war for the sake of imposing its will upon other nations and (especially) raping that nation of its resources.

Iran needs nuclear weapons simply to protect itself against the genocidal warmongers of London and Washington, D.C.

England is losing Basra. Has the Great Kingdom become so weak? England would be a nothing-nobody nation without the bullying power of its bloodthirsty Superpower child, The United States of America.

Sorry anonymous, but your bell doesn't ring right. Maybe you would like to volunteer as a body double at the next hanging or lashing in Iran?

Or take the place of a dissident being held for nothing more than demanding justice and the law be followed rather than subordinated?

As for nuclear weapons to protect itself, thank you for stating the obvious that Iran wants nuclear technology for creating nukes.

As far as raping any country of its resources, lets not get too whippy their puppy. Your boy in Tehran knows he can't exist without oil revenues and those he can't get enough of to support all your extraneous activities like supporting hezbollah, the mahdi army, etc and pay the civil servants of Iran (which is hit and miss at best) unless oil prices go up considerably. which is why he wants nukes. It is Iran that wants hegemony over the middle east to put itself in power and hold the other nations hostage so that he can control such economic necessities or, at the very least, cause unrest that will force the prices up exorbitantly.

Of course, his economic policies are idiotic and he totally forgets that, once these prices reach a certain level, people will simply press harder to find another fuel source and he'll be presiding over a broken state.

But, hey, keep on crying about the poor oppressed Iran that is only oppressed because IT KEEPS ELECTING MURDEROUS THUGS AS LEADERS!

I'm sure you happily cast your vote for this one.
